description Welcome to the Iroquois Campground and RV Park! A great place to go camping at the foothills of the Adirondacks and Lake Champlain region. Our 190-site, family-owned and operated campground is nestled between the Adirondacks and Lake Champlain and is a great place to go camping. We are centrally located for day trips to attractions such as Lake Champlain, Lake Placid, Ausable Chasm, Wilder Farm and Santa’s Workshop. We are less than 10 miles from Plattsburgh and less than 70 miles from Montreal; or, take a ferry across the lake to Burlington, Vermont. Our sites are shaded with oak and pine trees. They are level and have easy access. Some of our customized for Pull-Thrus or are Expanded RV Sites for bigger rigs. Each site is furnished with a picnic table and fireplace. All have full hookups (30 amp). For the larger rigs we have newly upgraded 50-amp sites available. We pride ourselves on personalized service, a safe, clean and quiet environment with a security gate and even have lighted streets for the safety and pleasure of our campers. Our amenities feature our Camp Store with propane, camping necessities and ice; pool, newly renovated bath house with hot showers, comfortable laundry room with a variety of books and magazines for your pleasure and a rustic cabin. To top it all off, we have a peaceful two-acre pond for fishing and paddle-boating. For younger campers, our playground features swings, slide, teeter-totter and tetherball. Join us in the recreation hall for bingo and varying entertainment while the kids play in the adjacent arcade. We offer so many recreational activities, ranging from darts, indoor and outdoor shuffleboard and pétanque, to volleyball, badminton and horseshoes. Pets are welcome in our park as long as they are vaccinated and leashed. Doggy potty stations for your convenience are located throughout the park.
